"Giving them a one star because they tried to help but with no luck. We opened a policy October 2024. 2 months later we received a letter stating that we need to sign uninsured motorist. We took the paper to our local office they said we signed that paper already we didn't have to worry about it. The letter came back again a month later took it back to our office and front office manager said we needed to sign it. Since the paper was not signed within a certain time frame we now owe extra money. The office said they were going to back track it n everything was going to be fine. Well they lied because we received a notice that our policy was going to get cancel. They took it to underwriting. They told us they found the paperwork but wasn't submitted intime. They told us we needed to pay because corporate was blaming them for that mistake and our local office was blaming corporate. We had to pay the extra money."

I've been working with State Farm corporate this week, and they agreed with me that you should not have to pay for something that wasn't properly communicated, and most importantly you all did what you were supposed to do. I received confirmation this morning the issue will be resolved dating back to when the issue started. If you have a few minutes, give me a call and I'll be more than happy to share this information with you. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience. We pride ourselves on giving great customer service, which is why we have almost 200 five-star reviews. "Shaya, State Farm representative, called me and was very polite and inviting. She was able to undercut my current auto policy significantly. They also have supplemental health insurance and with that added or was still less than what i was currently paying. I would 100 percent recommend State Farm l. At the very least, give them a call and get a quote. It can't hurt and hopefully you will get a quote you can't turn down. One last thing, Shaya is an asset to State Farm and they are fortunate to have her there! Five stars!!!"
